Performance Assessment & Strategy is a one-time, in-depth evaluation of your team and work environment, resulting in a clear, practical strategy your organization can implement on its own terms and timeline.
Ongoing Advisory & Monitoring builds on that foundation with continued support: an initial assessment and strategy, followed by quarterly monitoring where relevant (bloodwork, genetic testing, and supplementation, where available and appropriate) and monthly coaching check-ins with employees directly.
In both cases, Marko works alongside the existing health plans, providers, and resources your company already offers, rather than replacing them.
